It honestly depends how accurate your moves are, how vigorously you move, your current weight, and the intensity of the instructor. The way I see it, if you’re moving, you’re doing great. Don’t worry about the calories. Eat a balanced diet, hydrate, and have a blast Zumbaing your heart out! Your body will level out and will react however it needs to. Maybe that’s losing weight, maybe it’s toning and maintaining. Do it for health! :) Hope you have fun!!
